Swan lake

At Swan lake you really do learn a lot about swans and other creatures other than the beautiful sites. The last time I went there, there was more turtles than I had ever seen! Normally the Ducks and Swans will run away from you but this time my sister (Mabry, see picture) and me saw a pair of Swans at the side of the water we went close to them and they started swimming away so I got some of there food and put it on the rock and they came back we became friends with them and I hope you can go there and have a good time like we did. Gods creation is wonderful to observe at Swan Lake!

Because of Winn Dixie

One of my favorite books I have read is Because of Winn Dixie by Kate Dicamillo. It is especially for people that do not have a lot of friends. This book is on friendship, love and joy.
It is a book about a dog who shows Opal the way to friendship and love towards other people. My favorite part of the book was when Amanda and Opal ate candy, Littmus Lozenge, and it made both of them feel sad for each other so they became good friends.
